ORDERS

Pickups

If you are 30 minutes late for the specified pickup time without informing Lavish Grazing, you forfeit your order, and no refund will be given.

Returns

Due to the fresh and organic nature of our produce, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. If an incorrect or faulty item is in your order, we must be informed within 1 hour of the product being received to offer replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required.

Cancellations

Customers can cancel orders within an hour ‘grace period’ after booking confirmation. However, we are unable to process cancellations after this. 

For larger orders (weddings and events), if your order is canceled three months (or more) before the date booked, we will issue a 50% refund on any payments made, except for the deposit fee. Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for cancellations within three months of the event; the date changes only if we are told well in advance and have availability.

Order Changes

Customers can amend orders within an hour ‘grace period’ after booking. We are unable to process any order changes after this.

FOOD/PRODUCTS

Seasonal Produce & Supplier Availability

As our produce is sourced weekly and garnishes can be seasonal, they are subject to availability and substitutions. Although the majority of our menus are fixed, there may be slight changes from season to season. We may also face supplier issues at times, so we cannot guarantee every product, such as edible flowers and honeycombs. We will always use an alternative or more of another product to compensate.

Food Handling

When products are received, please keep them chilled and consume them within 1 day. To comply with US food standards, it is the customer's responsibility to dispose of the food if it is kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, the client agrees to dispose of any food after this set time. Lavish Grazing will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time. 

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please notify us of any allergy and dietary requests at checkout. Lavish Grazing is not responsible for adverse reactions to our food if we were not forewarned of any allergies or dietary requirements in the booking process.

Unless our clients/customers explicitly ask us not to use images taken at their event, we reserve the right to use them on our social media platforms.
